2012 Annual General Meeting

NZSTA Annual General Meeting: Saturday 14 July 2012

This year, the NZSTA AGM will be held at the Wellington Convention Centre, on Saturday 14 July 2012, at 10.30am.

All boards of trustees who are NZSTA members as at 31 March 2012 are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM and can appoint one of their trustees as a voting delegate.

Member boards who are not attending the AGM can appoint someone who will be attending the AGM, as their delegate to carry their board vote and vote either as directed or as a free vote. The board’s delegate may be a trustee from another member board in their region, or their regional representative on National Council (One voting delegate per member board).

The notices of motion (remits) and nomination of delegate forms / voting papers will be posted to all member boards on early in May 2012.
