Cluster Manager RTLB service, permanent.  An opportunity for an experienced NZ registered teacher to lead a professional service across a number of schools.  The successful applicant will be expected to manage and lead, on a day to day basis, the Resource Teacher: Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) cluster on behalf of the schools, staff and students in cluster x.

The Cluster Manager will be responsible to the board through the employing principal for the efficient and effective delivery of RTLB services.  A full job description can be access online at xxxxxxxxxxxx

The Cluster Manager must be a NZ registered teacher with significant leadership budget and management experience.  He or she must have a good understanding of RTLB practice and be commited to bi-culturalism, and understand and be willing to work with the Treaty of Waitangi, and be culturally responsive to meeting the needs of Maori students.

The Cluster Manager must work collaboratively with teachers, parents local schools, iwi and other key stakeholders and therefore excellent communication and liaison skills and experience in leadership and change management are essential.  A full driver's licence is essential.
