Please note the appropriate variation provision ASTCA PTCA STCA and the RTLB Job Description for the letters of offer. It is still a requirement to provide a full copy of the relevent collective agreement as if a new employee.
Note as part of the variation existing permanent RTLB retained their existing collective agreement coverage.
