Career Structure Templates
Once a board has been notified by the Ministry that their principal is eligible for a career structure payment, these templates can be downloaded and used to evaluate whether a principal meets the professional criteria of the career structure payment. They are also incorporated into NZSTA's performance agreement template to be used as part of the anual performance review process.
