NZSTA provides, free of charge, an online Recruitment Management System (RMS), that offers safe and cost effective recruitment processing.
The RMS provides a more efficient way to recruit school staff by assisting to:
- Place advertisements
- Store applicant CVs, applications, cover letters and other relevant information
- Allow system users to see all documents
- Keep track of applicant progress
- Acknowledge and respond to applications
- Police vet potential employees
The RMS is a user friendly self-service tool with:
