NZSTA Provider Application Process
In order to ensure trustees have the required skills and abilities to carry out their roles and responsibilities effectively NZSTA has a pool of Preferred Providers who supply professional development and support services to boards.
To take part in the delivery of this work preferred providers need to have a minimum of three years’ experience on a school board of trustees.
For entry into the pool, potential providers are required to complete an application process. This application process allows the New Zealand School Trustees Association (NZSTA) to select Preferred Providers on panel contracts who are committed to meeting the Government’s educational priorities and who have the necessary skills and experience to provide professional development and support services to Boards of Trustees.
We have finalised the 1st provider intake for 2017
We will schedule a provider induction day when we have a minimum of 6 successful applications. We anticipate to have a minimum of 2 intakes a year however this is dependent on necessity.
