NZSTA Representation
The New Zealand School Trustees Association (NZSTA) provides representation on behalf of member boards of trustees on a wide range of issues critical to trusteeship.
This representation is undertaken by the NZSTA National Board, and particularly the President of the Association, who performs this representation role on a full time basis. The representational activities of the NZSTA are funded by way of membership subscriptions.
The representational bodies include the NZSTA National Council, NZSTA National Board and NZSTA Regions.
A publication of considerable value to member boards of trustees is the NZSTA Trustee Handbook. This handbook is free to NZSTA members. It contains information on a wide range of matters relevant to trusteeship and is updated regularly. Complementing this are a number of NZSTA publications and the NZSTA Services.
