The website provides election information to assist Boards and Returning Officers with managing the election process, including:

Returning Officers - contains information on the Returning Officer's Handbook, cover notices and election form, and FAQs (Note: you will need a Returning Officer's login)

Board Resources - includes information on mid-term elections, casual vacancies, changing the number of parent trustees, election forms and appendices, media releases and memos, succession planning and promotional materials

Election Promo Docs - allows Boards and Returning Officers to customise election pamphlets using their school's Returning Officer contact details

Election Planning - provides details on election planning, a copy of the countdown diary and an election tool to set the various election dates pertaining to their school's election date

Appoint a Returning Officer - contains details of how to appoint a Returning Officer using the rates set by the Ministry, along with a template for appointing a Returning Officer
Note: The Trustee Election site provides Returning Officers with the ability to register for Triennial Elections as well as provide details on how their election process is running by recording information such as the number of nominations.
