Should your matter require more attention it can be escalated to our in-house governance and legal team. If you require face-to-face contact or the matter is particularly sensitive or complex, one of our governance advisers will meet with you and provide you with the support you need.
Our governance advisers are all experienced employment practitioners with extensive experience in dealing with employment relations and human resource issues. They are grouped in ‘hubs’ and ‘sub-hubs’ located in Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin and work closely with our employment advisers to ensure a case management type approach to your issues.
