Board Chair training voyages 2012

NZSTA is delighted to announce that we will be running a voyage for Board Chairs in 2012.

Over the past fiveyears, NZSTA and The Spirit of Adventure Trust have been running training programmes for student board trustees, giving these young people the skills, knowledge, and experience to help them rise to the challenge associated with their role on the board.

In 2012 The Spirit of Adventure Trust in association with NZSTA is offering a specialised weekend training voyages for school board chairs. A facilitator from NZSTA along with the crew will give you a fantastic weekend of learning, fun, and comradeship. There will be significant advantage to working and learning with other board chairs and developing a network.

The voyages will sail around the Hauraki Gulf Auckland from Sunday 5 May to Monday 7 May 2012. 

The cost of the voyage is $480 per person inclusive of GST.

NZSTA will susidise this cost by $100 per NZSTA Member Board.  Reducing the cost to only $380.
