Board Chair residential challenges
NZSTA is delighted to announce that we will once again be running residential challenges for Board Chairs in 2013.
In conjunction with the Spirit of Adventure and the Outdoor Pursuits Centre (OPC), NZSTA are offering a 3-day weekend residential session for board chairs (see both adverts below). The session is designed to give the chair the skills, knowledge and experience to rise to the challenge associated with your role on the board, whilst having fun, gaining leadership skills and the opportunity to develop a support network with other chairs throughout New Zealand.
