New Zealand School Trustees Association (NZSTA) is a not for profit and membership-based national organisation representing the interests of its member boards.

NZSTA is the most influential leader of effective school governance in Aotearoa, embodying the intent of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Details about the role

The Advisor ICT will be the initial point of contact for all ICT related support requests, ICT assets and will also assist in the management and maintenance of NZSTA’s ICT environment.

This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week), based in our national office on Lambton Quay, Wellington. Flexible working arrangements are also a consideration for the role.

Person profile

  • Relevant training or experience in providing ICT user support in both hardware and software
  • Relevant training or experience in the administration of Microsoft 0365
  • Salesforce or database administration experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
