The 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held as part of NZSTA conference in Rotorua on Saturday 22 July.
It is important that we have a quorum for this meeting as we were unable to hold an AGM or SGM (Special General Meeting) in 2022 due to a lack of registered delegates.
There are a number of remits and notices of motion this year, including a proposal to change the name of the Association. Make sure your board has its voice heard.
All board members are invited to attend the AGM but only one can be the voting delegate – there is one vote per member board. You can give your vote to another member board or a proxy vote to the Regional Chair. Delegates must be registered by 13 July and must attend the meeting for the vote to count.
You can find the AGM booklet, including the remits and notices of motion here.
You can find the delegate form here.
The NZSTA 2022 Annual Report will be available from this website shortly.
